Job title: Commercial Corporate Account Handler
Salary: Up to £50k plus bonus and benefits
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
PURPOSE OF ROLE
Lawes Consulting Group are partnering with a well-established and very well-respected Manchester Broker to add to a strong and growing team in the city centre. This is a great opportunity for the individual to have a clear progression route to step into an Account Executive role with clear path of leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
*Respond to new business enquiries, gather required information, and support the preparation and presentation of quotes.
*Deal with MTAS, Renewals
*Liaise with insurers to secure competitive terms that align with client needs and expectations.
*Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring all documentation and communications are accurate, timely, and professional.
*Support early-stage client relationships by identifying opportunities for additional coverage and helping to create a smooth and positive customer experience.
DAY-TO-DAY
*Develop and maintain effective relationships with insurer partners.
*Assist in market presentations and negotiations under the guidance of senior colleagues.
*A clear path of progression to step into an Account Executive role
EXPERIENCE
*Proven experience in a commercial insurance role.
*Strong knowledge of UK commercial insurance products.
*Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Cert CII qualification desirable (or willingness to work toward it).
*A proactive, driven, and customer-first mindset.
