Commercial Property Solicitor

Join our dynamic and forward-thinking Legal 500 law firm, where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional legal services. Our Commercial Property and Development Team is expanding, and we are seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join us as we continue to grow and innovate.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage a broad caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, and landlord/tenant work.
*Draft, review, and negotiate leases, sale and purchase agreements, overage agreements, licences, and other commercial property documentation.
*Deliver high-quality, practical legal advice to clients across various sectors.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
*Support senior team members with more complex transactions when required.
*Stay current with developments in commercial property law and contribute to team knowledge.
*Work collaboratively within the team and contribute to its growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1-year post-qualification experience (PQE).
*Strong commercial property experience within private practice.
*A positive, optimistic attitude and a passion for personal development.
*Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
*Strong organisational abilities and confidence managing multiple live matters.
*Commercially minded with a practical approach to problem-solving.
*Team-focused, enthusiastic, and driven.
