Stage 2 Phase Leader - Full-Time - Watford, Hertfordshire
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Contract Term: Full-Time
Start Date: February 2026
Salary: MPS1 - UPS3 for London Fringe (£34,397 - £52,488 per annum)
Are you an experienced and passionate Key Stage 2 teacher ready to take on a leadership role? Tradewind is delighted to be working with a welcoming and high-achieving Catholic primary school in Watford, Hertfordshire, to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Key Stage 2 Phase Leader from February Half-term.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking school community, where you will play a central role in shaping learning and progress across Key Stage 2. Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage the Key Stage 2 team, supporting teachers and support staff
*Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil achievement across the phase
*Oversee curriculum planning and implementation in line with school policies
*Monitor and evaluate teaching outcomes and contribute to whole-school improvement
*Provide mentoring, coaching, and professional development opportunities for colleagues
*Foster a caring, inclusive, and faith-driven environment for all learners
