Wedding and Events Sales Executive
*Annual Salary: Up to £29,000 plus bonuses and a share of company profits
*Location: Solihull, Warwickshire
*Job Type: Full-time
*Weekend work required
Join a prestigious 27-bedroom hotel, renowned for its restaurant, conference, and wedding facilities, located in the heart of Solihull, Warwickshire. We are seeking a dynamic Wedding and Events Sales Executive to help drive our sales and maintain our reputation for exceptional service. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a strong management background and a passion for sales and customer service.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue for the hotel.
*Lead and motivate a small team of sales and admin staff, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate accounts to foster business growth.
*Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
*Work closely with the marketing team to create impactful promotional materials and campaigns.
*Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales tactics as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
*Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term loyalty.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience and track record in hotel sales and hospitality management.
