The Opportunity
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with the Commercial Property Partner on a wide range of matters for a diverse client base, including:
*SMEs and Limited Companies in sectors like retail and IT
*Small banks and building societies
*Occasional high-net-worth residential property transactions, referred from business clients
Your caseload will include:
*Sales, purchases and transfers of commercial property
*Landlord and Tenant matters, including lease negotiations
*Investment and development projects
*Handling leasehold and freehold transactions
What We’re Looking For
You will be:
*A qualified Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in commercial property law
*Confident in managing a varied caseload independently
*Skilled in building and maintaining client relationships
*Proactive, with a strong focus on business development and growing the department
