Job Description:
Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Deburrer to join our team in Poole, Dorset. This role involves working with high-quality CNC machined components, ensuring they meet the exacting standards required for aerospace applications. Responsibilities As a Deburrer, your primary responsibilities will include:
*Deburring external surfaces and edges of CNC milled prismatic components and CNC turned machined parts.
*Handling internal cross drilling and internal/external threads of aircraft components.
*Utilizing hand tools and air tools to meet customer drawing specifications.
*Performing final part marking and ensuring all components meet quality standards.
*Understanding and applying aerospace deburring techniques.
*Working with a variety of materials to achieve precise results.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
*Proven experience in deburring CNC machined components.
*Familiarity with aerospace deburring processes (preferred but not essential).
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
*Experience working in a machine shop environment.
*Ability to work with various materials and tools effectively.
Day-to-Day Your typical day will involve:
*Starting your shift at either 7am or 8am and finishing at 4pm or 5pm, with flexibility available.
*Collaborating with a team of skilled professionals to ensure components meet customer specifications.
*Using a variety of tools and techniques to deburr and finish components to the highest standards.
*Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to support efficient operations.
Benefits *Competitive hourly rate of £15 per hour.
*Flexible working hours: Monday to Friday, with the option to condense hours into fewer days (39 hours per week basic).
