About the RoleWe are looking for a kind, caring, and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse to join our friendly nursery team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about supporting young children to feel safe, happy, and confident as they learn and grow. You will play an important part in creating a warm, welcoming environment where every child feels valued and supported.
What You’ll Be Doing*Providing loving, attentive care to children throughout the day
*Supporting children’s individual learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
*Planning and supporting fun, engaging activities that spark curiosity and confidence
*Creating a calm, safe, and stimulating environment where children can thrive
*Building positive, trusting relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues
*Being a positive role model and reflecting the nursery’s values in everything you do
*Ensuring equality, inclusion, and respect for all children and families
*Following nursery policies and procedures to keep children safe and supported
*Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
*Working closely as part of a caring, supportive team
*Attending team meetings and training to support your own development
About You*You ideally hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Education and Learning
*We also warmly welcome Level 2 qualified practitioners with experience in a busy nursery
*You are patient, gentle, and passionate about early years education
*You enjoy working as part of a team and supporting others
*You take pride in helping children feel secure, confident, and happy
