?This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in maintaining high-end environments and providing excellent service to residents. This is suited to someone who is hardworking, efficient and takes initiative in their role
?Key Responsibilities
?Communal Areas: Ensuring the lobby, hallways, and shared amenities are kept to a five-star standard of cleanliness. Cleaning of bathroom areas, dusting, cleaning of pool and sauna areas, hoovering and mopping as well as other ad hoc duties
?Apartment Cleaning: Providing thorough internal cleaning services for private residences within the development.
?Laundry Assistance: Managing linens and towels, including washing, drying, and basic folding/distribution.
?Reporting: Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or supply needs to the Building Manager.
?What We’re Looking For
?Experience: Previous housekeeping experience in a residential or hospitality setting is preferred.
?Reliability: Punctuality and a professional "can-do" attitude are essential.
?Discretion: Ability to work respectfully within resident’s private homes.
A pride in ones job: The desire to take ownership of your role and ensure duties are carried out diligently and efficiently
Communication skills: A team player with excellent written and spoken English
?Local Knowledge: Ideally based in or near Hampstead for an easy commute.
