Job Description:
The Role * Deliver 1:1 personalised tuition to students with a range of SEN, including (but not limited to) ASD, ADHD, SEMH, dyslexia, and learning difficulties
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs and EHCP targets
* Support academic progress as well as confidence, independence, and emotional regulation
* Work closely with parents/carers, schools, and other professionals where appropriate
* Provide regular feedback and progress updates
Requirements * Extensive experience tutoring or teaching students with SEN (essential)
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, SEN qualification, or equivalent experience (highly desirable)
* Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum (Primary and/or Secondary)
* Excellent behaviour management and trauma-informed practice
* Patient, empathetic, and highly adaptable approach
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
* Right to work in the UK
