Location: Bolton
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay Rate: £14.66 - £15.76 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday

About the Role:
Due to continued expansion, my client is seeking skilled and experienced MIG Welders to join their growing team based in Bolton. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term position with a well-established and reputable company in the steel fabrication industry.
Working Hours:
*Monday - Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30
*Friday: 07:30 - 13:30
*Overtime available and encouraged
Key Responsibilities:
*Perform high-quality MIG welding on mild steel components
*Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
*Carry out steel fabrication and general engineering tasks
*Work independently and as part of a team to meet production targets
*Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to health & safety standards
*Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
*Fully conversant in MIG welding, steel fabrication, and general engineering practices
*Ability to work from technical drawings
*Previous welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment
*Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
*Must be able to reliably commute to Bolton or be planning to relocate before starting work
Salary & Benefits:
