Job Description:
Live-out Housekeeper job in Kensington
A family based in Kensington are looking for a well-organised and professional Housekeeper to help in their lovely renovated home.
The family consists of Mum, Dad and their three school-aged children, who are 12, 10 and 8 years old.
While the family does not currently have a dog, they will likely have one in the future, so you must be dog-friendly and willing to help with dog care.
They already employ a weekend Housekeeper, a full-time Nanny and a part-time Chef.
Duties to include:
*Cleaning to a high standard – including care of marble, stone and nickel surfaces and silk rugs
*Family laundry and ironing to a high standard, including some hand washing
*Making beds and changing bed linen
*Maintaining the wardrobes
*Running errands
*Keeping the house tidy and organised at all times
*Liaising with tradespeople/contractors
The house has been renovated to the highest specification, and a lot of care will be needed when cleaning. Additionally, they are currently doing some work on the home.
The ideal candidate will be meticulous and have a high attention to detail.
House: 5 storeys (soon to be 6 storeys), 5 bedrooms
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm OR 8:30 am to 4:30 pm OR 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Salary: £42k-£45k (negotiable based on experience)
Start: As soon as the right person is found
