Role Summary:
This is a hands-on commercial account handler role working across a variety of lines within the SME space. You’ll inherit a book of business while also supporting Account Executives when needed. The role offers scope to progress into more complex cases, with tailored training built around your strengths. Culture is key here, it’s a grown-up, high-trust team where output matters more than face time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage your own SME commercial book: Build deep client relationships across a wide range of sectors
• Support Account Executives: Collaborate on larger accounts and complex renewals where needed
• Handle multiple commercial lines via Acturis: Gain exposure to varied risks and industries
• Participate in training and development: Benefit from a structured, pressure-free approach to learning
• Contribute to the team culture: Be part of a friendly, social, and helpful group of handlers and execs
Requirements:
• Commercial broking experience (SME or multi-line)
• Comfortable using Acturis
• Team player with a collaborative attitude
• Open to learning and developing across new product lines
