Cover Supervisor - Make a Difference in Daventry Schools
Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire
Start Date: ASAP | Full-Time | Long-Term / Temp-to-Perm Opportunities
Salary: Competitive daily rates (depending on experience)

We are working with a number of well-respected and inclusive schools in Daventry who are seeking reliable, confident, and proactive individuals to step into the classroom immediately.
What the Role Involves: * Supervising lessons across KS3 and KS4 when teachers are absent
* Keeping students on task and ensuring work is completed
* Maintaining high standards of behaviour in line with school policies
* Reporting any concerns or incidents to senior staff
* Supporting wider school duties such as break supervision and corridors
* Acting as a positive, consistent role model for students
Who We’re Looking For: * Experience working with children or young people (tutoring, mentoring, youth work, coaching, etc.)
* Confident and calm in a classroom setting with effective behaviour management skills
* Adaptable and able to handle unexpected situations with professionalism
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Punctual, reliable, and organised
* Passionate about supporting students and contributing to their development
