This is a hybrid role,with four days in office and one day work from home. You will be working Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) on an annual salary of £45,000.00 per annum.

Purpose of the role
This role will work collaboratively with all departments in Movianto UK to ensure its financial health, manage risks, analyse financials, and develop our people and processes to be "Best in Class" always striving for Continuous Improvement.
How you’ll make an impact as an Account payable Manager at Movianto
*Lead the Accounts Payable function, driving standardised, compliant P2P processes supported by automated KPIs and exception reporting.
*Manage supplier accounts, including debit balances and pro forma/on-account invoices, while training stakeholders on accurate and timely PO and GRN processing.
*Own the month-end close for Accounts Payable, Cash & Bank, and Purchasing, including audit support and accurate cash allocation.
*Oversee cash management and forecasting (daily, monthly, annual), reviewing and authorising BACS payments and AR refunds using strong AP and P2P system expertise (Oracle EBS or SAP Concur desirable).
What it will take to thrive as a an Account payable Manager at Movianto:
*Strong P2P knowledge with a solid understanding of business processes, corporate finance, and accounting principles, including experience in healthcare logistics or similar environments.
*Proven ability to deliver business objectives, prioritise and adapt workloads, and demonstrate strong people management skills.
*Technical proficiency with Oracle EBS or SAP Concur (desirable) and advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
