Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only
Hours: Typically 8:15am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

About the Graduate Teaching Assistant Role * Provide support to class teachers across a range of subjects
*Short term or long term roles
* Work with small groups and individual pupils to boost progress
* Support children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
* Deliver tailored interventions to meet a variety of learning needs
* Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
We are looking for graduates who: * Have a strong academic background
* Are enthusiastic about education and passionate about working with children
* Are proactive, reliable, and excellent communicators
* Can build strong relationships with staff and pupils
* Have experience working with children (tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) - desirable but not essential
