The RoleYou’ll work across the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
*Sourcing and engaging specialist data and analytics professionals
*Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
*Managing roles from initial briefing through to placement
*Preparing candidates for interviews and managing offer negotiations
*Developing deep market expertise within your niche
The Profile*Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
*Highly motivated and target-driven
*Organised, proactive, and resilient
*Degree preferred but not essential
*Sales or commercial experience beneficial
