Document Specialist – Leading Law FirmAre you passionate about technology and precision in document production? A prestigious law firm in London is seeking a talented Document Specialist to join its dynamic IT team. This permanent, full-time role offers the chance to make a real impact by ensuring document integrity and delivering expert troubleshooting support across the firm.
As a Document Specialist, you will develop and maintain Microsoft templates, resolve complex document issues, and provide real-time assistance to end users. You’ll also design and deliver training sessions, create e-learning modules, and work closely with colleagues to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
*Act as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Office applications.
*Create and maintain the firm’s precedent base and house styles.
*Deliver document troubleshooting support and training to staff.
*Develop user manuals, quick reference guides, and video tutorials.
*Collaborate with IT and Knowledge teams to ensure best practice.
What we’re looking for:
*Proven experience as a Document Specialist or similar role.
*Advanced Microsoft Word skills (styles, templates, macros) and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and legal document comparison tools.
*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to deliver clear, engaging training and support.
*A proactive, flexible approach and excellent communication skills.
