As CRM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the firm’s CRM strategy, driving adoption, ensuring data integrity, and embedding best practice across international offices. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, manage a dedicated CRM team, and act as a trusted adviser to partners and fee-earners.
What you’ll do:
*Lead CRM initiatives and champion data-driven business development.
*Manage and enhance systems including InterAction and Vuture.
*Oversee data governance, compliance, and reporting frameworks.
*Support global campaigns, client programmes, and onboarding for new offices.
*Deliver training and foster engagement through a CRM Champions network.
What we’re looking for:
*Significant experience in CRM management within a law firm or professional services.
*Expertise in InterAction and Vuture, including integrations and upgrades.
*Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach.
*Knowledge of GDPR and international data protection requirements.
*A passion for data-driven marketing and continuous improvement.
