Kenneth Brian Associates are seeking a Finance Associate for a long standing client based in Bromley.
Our client is a business providing a range of professional services to individuals who are seeking an individual who has studied a Finance qualification at university or college level. ACCA/AAT or CIMA studiers are welcome.
This is the perfect opportunity for a recent graduate/school or college leaver with relevant internship experience looking to develop their career in a fast moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Process and post supplier invoices into the accounting system
*Prepare and carry out weekly/monthly payment runs
*Liaise with managers for invoice approvals
*Resolve supplier queries and reconcile statements
*Generate customer invoices within the accounting system
*Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely payments
*Support credit control processes when needed
*Conduct regular bank reconciliations
*Assist with month-end closing processes
*Maintain accurate records and ensure ledgers are current
*Provide ad-hoc support to the wider finance team
*Contribute to process improvement initiatives


Key Requirements
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
*AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualification (or currently studying) is desirable but not essential
*Must have a recent degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or an active AAT studier
