Job Vacancy: Customer Service Professional (Fluent German Speaker)

Due to continued international expansion, they are now seeking a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Professional, fluent in German, to join their growing team.
The Role
As a Customer Service Professional, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, delivering a consistently high-quality service experience across multiple channels. You will play a key role in maintaining the brand’s outstanding reputation for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver timely and accurate customer support via phone, email, and live chat
*Handle German-speaking customer queries professionally and efficiently
*Resolve product or service issues by identifying concerns, determining root causes, and providing effective solutions
*Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with a friendly and professional approach
*Accurately update and maintain customer records using CRM systems
*Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution
*Contribute positively to team performance and shared targets
Requirements
*Fluent German and English (essential)
*Additional languages (such as French) are desirable
*Proven experience in customer service or client support roles
*Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
*Strong phone and digital customer interaction skills
*Experience working with CRM systems
*Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
*A genuine passion for fashion and awareness of current trends
