Your new role
Your new role will involve supporting a mixed caseload of commercial property and residential conveyancing matters, handling a variety of day-to-day tasks to keep files progressing smoothly. You’ll work closely with fee-earners, assist with document preparation, and help manage transactions from instruction through to completion.

What you’ll need to succeed
You’ll need 6-12 months’ experience in either residential conveyancing or commercial property, along with strong organisational skills to manage a busy workload. A proactive approach, good attention to detail, and confidence working with documents and transactions will help you succeed in this role.
