Customer Experience Advisor
Working Arrangement: Onsite – 5 days per week
Location: WA3 6F
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Advisor to join Veolia on a long-term contract, supporting National Account customers within a busy customer service environment.
Rate: £12.21 per hour
Contract Length: 6+ months (ongoing)
The RoleAs a Customer Experience Advisor, you will work within a multi-contact customer service department, handling day-to-day queries from National Account customers. You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of service across multiple communication channels while using CRM and operational systems effectively.
Key Responsibilities*Handle customer queries across multiple contact channels (phone, email, system-based queries)
*Use CRM and operating systems to log, track, and resolve customer enquiries
*Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to National Account customers
*Work collaboratively within the customer service team to ensure service levels are met
*Maintain high standards of customer experience and data accuracy
About You*Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment is desirable
*Confident using CRM systems and internal operating systems
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills
*Comfortable working onsite within a fast-paced environment
*Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
