IFA Administrator, Suffolk. Up to £37,000, hybrid, good benefits & annual bonus
Our client is a leading, Chartered Wealth Management firm that works with a wide range of private client and corporate organisations. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking experienced IFA Administrators to join the team. Excellent progression opportunities through their career development program, with exam support.
The role:
*Working closely with Financial Planners and Paraplanners, you’ll provide administration support for a wide range of clients and their financial portfolios.
*Preparing client portfolio documentation for client reviews.
*Liaising with 3rd parties for new business documentation.
*Ensure all client records are kept up to date, accurate and in line with company & compliance guidelines.
*Attend client meetings as required.
To apply:
*You must have previous experience of working in a similar role within a wealth management / financial services firm.
*Possess some technical knowledge relating to pension & investment products.
*Good communication skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks.
*Ideally hold or have started your industry qualifications.
