Joining a well-established and growing accountancy practice, you’ll take ownership of a varied personal tax portfolio while working closely with senior tax leaders.

The opportunity You’ll be trusted to manage your own client relationships while playing a key role in advisory work and supporting junior colleagues. The client base is varied and technically interesting, making this an ideal role for someone ready to step confidently into a manager-level position.

Key responsibilities include:
*Managing a portfolio of personal tax clients, overseeing compliance and advisory matters
*Preparing and reviewing complex personal, partnership and trust tax returns
*Identifying tax planning opportunities and supporting clients with implementation
*Acting as a main point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships
*Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and supporting their development
*Assisting with HMRC enquiries and compliance checks
*Working collaboratively with colleagues on ad-hoc advisory projects
What we’re looking for *CTA qualified (or equivalent)
*2+ years’ post-qualification experience in personal tax
*Experience gained within a UK personal tax practice
*Strong technical knowledge and a commercial, client-focused approach
*Confident communicator who enjoys client-facing work
*Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior staff
What’s on offer *Salary up to £65,000, depending on experience
