Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Technology
Location: London
Salary: £27,000–£30,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £45k–£60k Year 1)

The Opportunity:

Your Responsibilities:
*Generating new business through proactive client outreach
*Sourcing and engaging high-quality tech candidates
*Screening CVs and conducting interviews
*Managing offers, negotiations, and placements
*Working towards clear targets with uncapped commission
What We’re Looking For:
*6+ months’ experience in a sales or target-driven role
*Confident, persuasive, and commercially aware
*Competitive, resilient, and financially motivated
*Well organised and able to manage multiple processes at once
*An interest in technology is a bonus, not a requirement
