Job Description:
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Leicester - Ashby
Contract: 12 months
Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Aftermarket Project Management Team. The role involves coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, supporting internal teams, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders in a fast-paced technical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide day-to-day administrative support, including meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
*Maintain project documentation, trackers, reports, and technical records.
*Coordinate logistics for travel, site visits, and supplier/customer meetings.
*Assist with aftermarket orders, service requests, and internal department liaison.
*Update databases, ERP systems, and prepare performance reports and dashboards.
*Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven administrative experience, ideally in engineering, manufacturing, or technical environments.
*Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
*Excellent communication and Microsoft 365 skills.
*Experience with project support, ERP systems, or aftermarket operations is desirable.
