Mobile Plumber Multi-Trader
London & Home Counties
Up to £45,000 + Van + Fuel
Griggs Property Care (independent subsidiary of Griggs Homes Limited) are looking for an experienced Plumber Multi-Trader for a full-time, permanent mobile role.
Work includes plumbing repairs, reactive maintenance, insurance jobs and general multi-trade property maintenance across London and the Home Counties.
What you’ll need
*Plumbing experience and qualification (NVQ Level 2 preferred)
*Multi-trade skills (painting, decorating, carpentry ideal)
*Experience in property or building maintenance
*Full UK driving licence
*Own tools and ability to work independently
What’s on offer
*Salary up to £45,000 (DOE)
*Monday–Friday, 08:30–16:30
*Optional overtime and weekend work
*Company van and fuel card
*Work phone and uniform
*Permanent, long-term role
