Job Description:
Marketing Assistant
Contract: 3 months, full-time
Location: Brighton & Crawley Offices
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: £26,000–£28,000

Working across two offices, you’ll become a valued part of a collaborative marketing team delivering high-impact campaigns, international events, and engaging digital content. With responsibilities spanning design, copywriting, administration, and campaign coordination, this role is ideal for someone eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

*Supporting brand marketing activity and awards promotion
*Managing marketing administration including logos, profiles, and partner assets
*Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery
*Assisting with audience segmentation and data profiling
*Supporting on-site and online event promotion
What You’ll Bring
*Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams
*Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
*Creativity and a good understanding of branding and visual consistency
*Strong copywriting and proofreading ability
*A proactive, curious mindset with eagerness to learn new tools
Desirable:
*Experience using Canva or Adobe XD
*Basic understanding of HTML
*Previous experience in marketing, events, or B2B environments
