A Global Law Firm is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to join its Change function. This role is central to managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring strong governance, consistency, and delivery across the business.
The Role*Own and embed PMO standards, frameworks, and best practice
*Provide portfolio-level governance, reporting, and oversight
*Support project and programme leads with controls, documentation, and assurance
*Manage risks, dependencies, and financial tracking across the change portfolio
*Prepare updates and materials for senior stakeholders and steering committees
Essential Experience*7+ years’ experience in a PMO or portfolio management role
*Law firm experience is a MUST – applications without prior law firm experience will not be considered
*Strong understanding of project and change management methodologies
*Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders in a complex environment
*Highly organised, detail-focused, and delivery-oriented
