Family Solicitor 4+ PQE

London (open in terms of a base SE or North or West) Hybrid Working | Legal 500 Firm
A leading multi-office, multi-service law firm—recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners—is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a forward-thinking, paperless environment that values autonomy, collaboration, and career development. They are open as to which office, could be SE London, West London or North London.
The Role:
You will specialise in private law children matters, divorce and finances, domestic abuse cases, and disputes involving unmarried couples—with a strong focus on Legal Aid work. You will manage your own caseload, undertake advocacy, and contribute to both private and publicly funded work.
Your Profile:
*Minimum 4 years’ PQE in family and childcare law
*Strong experience in divorce, finances, private law children, and domestic abuse matters
*Confident advocate, able to work independently and within a team
*Commercially minded with the ability to generate work or bring a following
*Willingness to work towards panel accreditation and engage in business development
