We’re now looking for a Wholesale Coordinator to join our team, someone who understands the realities of fashion wholesale and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked in fashion wholesale within an agency or brand environment and enjoys being the calm, reliable point of contact that everyone trusts.
What you’ll actually be doing
This is a varied, hands on position supporting our founder alongside our wholesale accounts. You’ll play a key role in making sure orders are processed accurately, customers are supported properly, and the details that matter never slip.
Wholesale orders & administration
*Input wholesale orders from buy sheets accurately and on time
*Manage order confirmations, amendments and cancellations for UK accounts
*Keep customer information, pricing and delivery details clean and up to date
*Support invoicing, credit notes and wholesale paperwork
Client & account support
*Act as a friendly, professional point of contact for wholesale customers
*Respond to order, delivery and account queries with care and clarity
*Support Sales Managers with follow-ups and account administration
*Help onboard new wholesale accounts and ensure they’re set up correctly
Showroom & selling support
*Prepare the showroom for appointments and trade shows
*Organise and coordinate samples for selling periods
Reporting & data
*Update sales reports, stock availability and sell-through information
*Maintain Excel trackers for orders and wholesale performance
*Keep wholesale data accurate, organised and easy to work with
*Liaise with logistics, production and finance to keep deliveries on track
The extras
*Pitch in with ad-hoc admin when things get busy (fashion always does)
About you
*You have experience in fashion wholesale/showroom or brand, ideally within an agency environment
*You’re organised, detail-focused and calm under pressure
*You communicate clearly and professionally, and enjoy supporting others
*You’re comfortable working with Excel and wholesale systems
*Can juggle multiple tasks without melting down
*Experience in a fashion agency or showroom
*You take pride in doing things properly, not rushing, not cutting corners
