* Supervising and motivating a team of factory operatives
* Driving a strong health & safety and "clean as you go" culture
* Overseeing quality checks and equipment standards
* Supporting training, skills development and continuous improvement
* Managing resources, stock levels, and waste effectively
What We’re Looking For * Proven experience leading teams in a manufacturing or construction environment
* A strong understanding of health & safety and factory operations
* Confident, hands-on leadership style with great communication skills
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable making day-to-day decisions
* Precast or concrete experience is a bonus, but not essential
What’s in It for You * Competitive hourly pay
* Discretionary bonus linked to performance
* Pension scheme
* Subsidised canteen
* 23 days holiday + bank holidays
* Average 45-hour working week
* A real opportunity to make an impact and grow with the business
