As a Sales Support-focused Customer Support Specialist, you’ll act as the first point of contact for customers, managing orders from placement through to delivery while building trusted, long-term relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Acting as the first point of contact for customers regarding sales orders
*Receiving orders via email and phone and accurately entering them into an ERP system
*Managing queries around pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and delays
*Proactively resolving customer issues including shortages, damages, or late deliveries
*Keeping ERP records and internal teams fully up to date
*Working closely with Sales Support Teams, Logistics, Warehousing, and Finance teams
*Managing your workload efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or order processing
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Confidence working with ERP / inventory systems (e.g. JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Netsuite or similar)
*Highly numerate, comfortable with pricing, quantities, and spreadsheets
*Calm under pressure, organised, and solutions-focused
*A collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do mindset
