Are you someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, supporting customers, and staying on top of a busy workload? Our client, a successful and expanding group of businesses in Poole, is looking for a Service and Sales Support Coordinator to join their friendly and collaborative team.
This role is ideal for someone who loves variety, thrives on communication, and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.
What you’ll be doingIn this fast-paced and customer-focused role, you’ll support the sales function and ensure orders move through the process efficiently. Your day will include:
*Handling and processing customer orders with accuracy
*Managing incoming calls and providing product information or resolving queries
*Following up on quotations, incomplete orders, and aftercare via phone and email
*Monitoring shared inboxes and responding with strong written accuracy
*Updating customer records and logging feedback for audit purposes
*Working closely with Marketing, Stock Control, and Packing teams
*Managing your daily task list and escalating issues when required
*Upselling suitable products during telephone orders
*Maintaining clear communication with your line manager and wider team
What we’re looking for*Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
*Confident telephone manner and comfortable handling customer queries
*Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
*Clear written communication and good email etiquette
*Reliable, proactive, and a genuine team player
