Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Sales Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Wimbledon.
The ideal candidate must have Senior Sales Negotiatorexperience and be driven and confident.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Benefits:
*Basic £26,000
*OTE £69,000
*Including car allowance or company car
*Monday to Friday 9am - 6.30pm
*Every Saturday 9am - 4pm (with set day back in lieu during the week)
*5 day working week
*20 days annual leave
*All bank holidays off
*Additional days at Christmas
*Supportive, experienced, high-performing team environment
Responsibilities:
*Mentor your team
*carry out weekly team meetings
*Meeting with clients
*Win new instructions
*Valuations and listings
*Carry out viewings of the properties
*Assessing buyers & sellers particular needs
*Negotiating the offer between the buyer and the seller
*Responding to queries via e-mail and telephone
*Promoting properties via different mediums
Key Skills:
*Previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator
*Valuing/listing experience preferred
*Must have a full understanding of the sales process
*Be proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
*Be target driven, well-spoken and presented
*Possess excellent communication skills
*Also have outstanding organisational skills
*IT Literate
*Be able to inspire and lead others
*Hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
