We’re looking for a Lettings Negotiator for our fantastic Bairstow Eves team based in Croydon.
This is a great opportunity to grow within residential lettings within a fast-paced and rewarding environment. With an OTE of £30k, industry-leading training, and a supportive team, you’ll have everything you need to succeed and build a successful career.

What We’re Looking For:
*The preferred candidate will have prior experience in lettings or other estate agency-based roles, but this is not essential.
*Able to generate business in a target driven environment.
*Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
*Full UK driving license & access to your own vehicle.
Your Role:
*Generate and book valuations.
*Qualify and service new applicants.
*Carry out property viewings.
*Negotiate offers and progress lets to exchange & completion.
*Administer tenancies (with support).
*Provide outstanding customer service.
