Job Description:
Customer Service Advisor Taunton (Hybrid after training)
Up to £30,000 + benefits
We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Taunton. You’ll provide professional, solution-focused support to consumer and trade customers, handling enquiries, information requests, and complaints across phone, email, and online channels.
Key Responsibilities*Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
*Resolve complaints effectively, escalating complex issues when required
*Deliver an excellent customer experience at all times
*Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless service
*Support continuous improvement of systems and processes
About You*At least 1 year’s customer service or telephony experience
*Knowledge/interest of aquatics/ponds/electrical an advantage
*Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
*Well organised with strong attention to detail
*Comfortable using IT systems and learning new technology
*Knowledge of electrical or garden products is an advantage (or willingness to learn)
