Operations & Maintenance Project Manager / Asset Manager - Solar
Location: North Cornwall
Salary: £35,000
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Advanced Resource Managers are supporting an established renewable energy installer who are seeking a motivated and organised Operations & Maintenance Project Manager / Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of Solar PV sites across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
*Monitor and manage operational renewable energy sites to ensure performance and compliance.
*Diagnose and resolve system faults or underperformance issues.
*Review inspection reports and coordinate corrective actions.
*Collate and analyse site performance data for reporting.
*Liaise with clients, engineers, DNOs, and consultants.
Essential Requirements:
*Minimum 1 year’s experience in commercial Solar PV operations.
*Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
*Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable:
*CAD experience.
*Knowledge of renewable energy systems.
*Degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, or related field.
