Court of Protection Solicitor – London
This highly regarded firm is looking for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join its friendly and collaborative London team. This is a role where your work genuinely matters and where you’ll be supported by a team that values empathy, teamwork and high-quality client care.
The Role
You’ll manage a varied caseload of property and financial affairs matters for vulnerable clients who lack capacity, ensuring they receive sensitive, thorough and client-centred support.
Your work will involve:
*Managing significant settlements through Deputyships and Trusts
*Handling property transactions, care arrangements and statutory will applications
*Chairing annual review meetings and supporting families through key decisions
*Playing an active role in business development with warm, incoming enquiries
About You
You’ll be a great fit if you:
*Have 4+ PQE with strong Court of Protection experience
*Bring empathy, resilience and a passion for helping vulnerable individuals
*Communicate clearly and manage complex caseloads with confidence
*Enjoy working collaboratively while also taking ownership of your files
