We’re partnering with a well-established heritage brand - one of the UK’s oldest and most respected institutions in its field - that’s currently investing in modernising and strengthening how it approaches marketing. This is an exciting chance to join a team where your work will have real impact across the whole organisation.
This organisation has been around for generations and is deeply rooted in tradition, while also evolving to serve a broad and passionate community. As the Marketing Operations Lead, you’ll play a key part in shaping how marketing works - from strategy and insight to tools, process and performance. You’ll help translate commercial goals into measurable, actionable plans and work with senior stakeholders to ensure marketing delivers quality results with clarity and confidence.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, enjoys simplifying complexity, and wants to help an iconic brand move forward.

*Leading and improving core marketing processes across the customer journey, from acquisition to ROI measurement
*Creating and managing performance dashboards and reports that give teams and leaders clear, actionable insight
*Overseeing the Revenue and Brand budget, including forecasting, quarterly planning and performance reviews
*Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine CRM, marketing automation and the wider martech environment
*Ensuring marketing work is compliant with relevant standards and regulations, including GDPR
*Embedding performance frameworks such as customer lifetime value and satisfaction tracking
*Helping prioritise initiatives and balancing strategic projects with business-as-usual work
What we’re looking for
*Proven experience running complex, multi-channel marketing operations and initiatives
*Strong analytical mindset and skills and comfort with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau or Power BI
*Experience with lead management, scoring and nurturing frameworks
*Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders
*A practical, problem-solving mindset - strategic yet hands-on
*The ability to juggle competing priorities without losing focus
Why this is a great opportunity
You’ll be joining a legacy heritage organisation that’s renowned in its space and recognised for both its traditions and its long-term commitment to its audience. You’ll have visibility at leadership level, the autonomy to make impactful changes, and the chance to help shape how the brand connects, evolves and grows in the years ahead.
If you’re passionate about creating clarity from complexity, championing data-led marketing and helping teams succeed, we’d love to hear from you.
