Mortgage Sales Manager / Mortgage Manager – Surrey – High Earnings
Cameron James Professional Recruitment is delighted to be working with a highly successful mortgage brokerage that is seeking an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager / Mortgage Manager to lead and develop an established team of fully CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Advisors across Surrey.

Location: Surrey – covering Guildford, Woking, Reigate, Redhill, Epsom, Leatherhead, Weybridge, Staines, Camberley, Farnham, Esher, Walton-on-Thames, Chertsey, Godalming, Kingston upon Thames and surrounding towns
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 basic (DOE)
OTE: £70,000 – £80,000+ | High earnings
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent | Hybrid Working
The Role:
As a Mortgage Sales Manager / Mortgage Manager, you will be responsible for supervising, motivating, and developing an existing team of experienced, fully CeMAP-qualified mortgage brokers. You will drive written business, banked income, protection penetration, and adviser performance while managing introducer relationships across Surrey.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Mortgage Advisors and Mortgage Brokers
*Drive sales performance, protection sales, and conversion rates
*Conduct 1-2-1s, performance reviews, and KPI monitoring
*Provide real-time sales coaching and mentoring
*Manage introducer and estate agency branch relationships
*Ensure FCA compliance and sales governance standards
*Support recruitment, onboarding, and adviser development
*Oversee lead management and client engagement processes
Candidate Requirements:
*Proven background as a Mortgage Advisor, Senior Mortgage Broker, or Mortgage Manager
*Experience supervising and motivating mortgage sales teams
*Fully CeMAP qualified (CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 essential)
*Strong knowledge of mortgage sales, protection, and compliance
*Excellent communication and leadership skills
*Willingness to travel across Surrey twice per week
