Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Technology
Location: London
Salary: £27,000-£30,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £45k-£60k in Year 1)

You’ll use your sales experience in a consultative environment, working with both clients and candidates within the tech market. This is a target-driven role where performance is rewarded, and success is directly linked to earnings and promotion.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Developing new business through proactive client outreach
* Sourcing and engaging technology professionals
* Screening CVs and interviewing candidates
* Managing offers, negotiations, and placements
* Working towards clear sales and performance targets

* 6+ months’ experience in a sales or target-driven role
* Confident, commercially minded, and results-focused
* Resilient, competitive, and motivated by success
* Organised and comfortable working at pace
* Interest in technology is beneficial but not essential
