THE ROLE:
The firm is seeking qualified Solicitors at NQ level or above who are currently practicing within reputable employment teams. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to represent a diverse range of clients including trade unions, professional associations, industry organisations and private clients.
This role offers exposure to a broad spectrum of sectors, such as rail and transport, manufacturing, education, healthcare, the public sector, as well as sports and the music industry, providing a varied and stimulating workload.
THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Solicitor will be expected to demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective engagement with clients and stakeholders. A strong focus on delivering outstanding client care is essential in maintaining the firm’s high professional standards.
PACKAGE:
In return, the firm offers a highly competitive benefits package, which includes an annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of your basic salary, 33 days of holiday including bank holidays, life assurance and access to an employee assistance programme.
