Night Customer Service Assistant
Swansea, £13.10ph, Temporary, 4 nights on 4 nights off
Looking for a temporary role where every night is different? Join our client as Night Customer Service Assistant and be the calm, friendly, and reliable presence the residents depend on within this student accommodation.
What You’ll Do
*Be the welcoming face of the building overnight based on front desk reception
*Handle resident enquiries by phone, email, and in person
*Keep clear logs and ensure smooth morning handovers
*Support with complaints, payments, and deliveries
*Set up and tidy social spaces and assist with evening events
*Respond confidently to incidents and follow safety procedures
*Manage maintenance requests and general admin
*Support international applicants and schedule daytime viewings
*Promote a safe, compliant environment
*Encourage open reporting of issues
*Handle all data responsibly (GDPR)
What You Bring
*Experience in fast-paced customer service (student accommodation/hotel/hospitality ideal)
*Experience of working nights
*Great communication skills
*Confident with IT and Microsoft Office
*Calm, friendly, proactive, and reliable
*Positive "can-do" attitude and flexible approach
*Inclusive and approachable
