THE ROLE:
The appointed Solicitor will take responsibility for managing a varied and engaging caseload of employment and industrial relations matters, providing clear, strategic advice and representing clients before employment tribunals and courts. You will play a central role in progressing cases from initial instruction through to final hearing, working collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes for a client base made up primarily of trade union members and individual clients.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE in employment law, bringing a strong depth of technical expertise and a confident, practical approach to complex employment and industrial relations issues. You will have a demonstrable track record of managing your own caseload effectively, delivering high quality advice and achieving positive outcomes for clients, including experience of tribunal advocacy and litigation.
