Role Overview
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 5 - 10 years of experience. You will work alongside a supportive and experienced commercial team, gaining exposure to a wide variety of projects and helping to deliver complete packages from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, motivated, and keen to progress within a company that values growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage the commercial aspects of multiple construction projects ranging from £1M to £15M in value
*Work across a mix of new builds and fit-out projects
*Assist in cost planning, tendering, procurement, and valuations
*Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and final accounts
*Liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
*Ensure projects are delivered in line with financial targets and timelines
*Attend site meetings and report on commercial performance
What We’re Looking For
*Experience as a Quantity Surveyor (ideally with a main contractor)
*Experience working on commercial or mixed-use developments
*Strong understanding of fit-out and new build processes
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
*Relevant qualifications (HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field)
*Full UK driving licence
