Cover Supervisor - Salisbury

Academics Ltd is currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in Salisbury and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with strong classroom presence looking to support schools with daily and long-term cover needs.
The role of a Cover Supervisor: *Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff
*Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain on task
*Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
*Support students with their learning and maintain a positive learning environment
*Work across KS3 and KS4 in a variety of school settings
