Job Description:
Our forward looking client is looking for an enthusiastic & self-motivated team player, who has previous experience of sales/ account management.
This is a part time role and could suit someone looking to work school hours.
You will be part of a dynamic and creative team; managing existing and developing new accounts.
The role holder will be an outstanding relationship builder with both customers and internal departments, dedicated to optimising margins, maximising profitability, and ensuring that excellence is prioritised.
This position is primarily office based but may require travel for meetings.
Job Responsibilities will include:
*Responsible for the day-to-day management of specified customer accounts.
*Ensure that the customer is satisfied with the service provided to ensure strong future working relationships.
*Build customer relationships and manage accounts to achieve agreed annual sales targets.
*Influence decision makers across a range of sectors both internally and externally.
*Ensure customer satisfaction and manage quality of product and service delivery to an extremely high standard.
*Generate and qualify business sales across the customer base by understanding their needs.
*Where applicable lead and drive the project teams internally to deliver to set timescales.
*Understand the same type products in the market place / what their competitors are selling.
*With the Sales team research new sales opportunities.
*Participate in trade shows, fairs and events.
*Respond to sales enquiries (email or phone).

*Knowledge of Sage Accounts 50 is an advantage.
