Customer Relations Executive – Marketing Leading Business!
Do you enjoy speaking with people and building strong, consultative relationships? The Role:
*Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
*Handle inbound enquiries and proactively contact new prospects
*Prepare quotes and proposals, managing leads through the CRM
*Support course scheduling and coordinate with internal teams
*Attend events and exhibitions to promote services
*Achieve sales targets and KPIs
About You:
*Experience in sales, account management, or customer service
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
*Proactive, positive, results-driven attitude
