You will manage a diverse caseload for private individuals and SMEs, covering all aspects of property and civil/commercial litigation, and work closely with the Firm’s Family and Residential Property departments, whose clients often include landlords or leaseholders.

*Civil fraud, professional negligence
*Debt recovery, defamation
*IP disputes, injunctions, enforcing foreign judgments
